These seem stronger and more accurate than any other pliers I own. They are very comfortable and easy to use and have a great grip. Definitely work well for jewelry making and good value.

These are comfortable holding them either direction (bent part facing towards the work or away from it). I use them for chain maille. They don’t scratch the coating on the aluminum rings as easily as other pliers I have used since these have no teeth at all. I should have bought a second pair to have 2 of the same pliers.

I am a silver smith and jewelry maker. I have a really well made expensive set of German made pliers and tools. Unfortunately my husband used my bent nose pliers for something and he can’t remember what he did with them. As you can imagine I was livid!I needed some bent nose pliers ASAP, and I didnt want to purchase another expensive set in hopes my old ones will eventually show up.I purchased these bent nose pliers honestly because they could be delivered overnight. I was surprised at this price point they are very well made, comfortable to use and I will be purchasing another one.If your on the fence about these pliers just buy them, they get the job done and there are made well, good quality.

The pair I got has a little chip broken off, but otherwise fine. The finish is bright and pretty; handles are comfy. The tips are tiny (1/16", ~1.5mm), and are perfect for bending wire. The tips are only a tiny bit uneven, about as good as can be expected (escpecially for this price). The flat faces of the jaws mate perfectly.I am happy with these pliers, and they will get plenty of use. Thanks. You will probably get a pair without the chip broken off, so go ahead and buy these. You will be happy with them.It is amusing that the Amazon rating system asks for a star rating "for beginners," but the warning on the back of the package says "not for children under 15." Oh no! What would a 14-year-old do?
