It’s expensive for what it is. All it does it carry the Thule Arcos box, and unfortunately, you can’t fold it up when the box is off. I hope that in the future, Thule develops other uses for this.That said, it’s a good alternative to the heavier Yakima EXO box for my Tesla Model Y. With the vertical load limit of 160 lbs for the hitch, the Thule Arcos system’s lighter weight allows about 90 lbs of cargo, vs Yakima’s approximately 60 lbs.
