I bought the replacement pads for the Yakima rack that I bought ~20 years ago. I was very pleasantly surprised that I was able to find perfectly fitting pads for such an old rack. The rubber looks like a sturdier material than the original pads.

My old bike rack always worked well and I had no reason to purchase a replacement aside from the fact that the old pads had begun to liquefy and were no longer of any use for sitting on my roof. Being and older model rack parts were of course no longer available from Yakima. Happily Rerack came to my rescue. Now we are back to getting the bikes up on my car and headed to the mountains every afternoon!

Fit perfectly, good quality!!! Little expensive for four little pieces of rubber, but optimistic I will get many years out of them.

This is the third time I have to replace them.The last time, used to keep may rack full time on my car but given that pad were broken my car painting sufered damage.I hope Yakima improve tha silicone quality for this time.
