This syringe has an easy-to-assemble setup, with a wide-bore injection tube. There's a flexible bit of tube that attaches to a quick-release port on the syringe, and it's connected to a length of metal tube that can be pushed past almost any obstruction to get into the tyre cavity for sealant injection. The wide bore means you can use it with most sealants--I have been using Trek's own stuff on some of my bikes, and OrangeSeal on others. Works great; I just injected 2.5oz into a tyre and reinflated it in less than 10 minutes.

This took a while to review because of a wheel problem, but I'm glad I got it. It's a solid, functional system. Everything disassembles for filling and cleaning. The flexible tube is inserted into the brass fitting and is held firmly in place by an expanding lock (I assume). To remove the tube, just press down on the yellow collar on the brass fitting and remove the tube. It's a simple and solid system. I poured the sealant into the injector and then put the piston in. Yes, that's a bit riskier way of doing it, but it lets me not worry about the sealant solid particles settling out of suspension. You could also pull the sealant in through the tube easily enough. I used this with Silca sealant on Peaty's valve stems with no trouble at all. Any Presta valve stem with a removable core should work well with this, and the extra tube without the metal end should work with the new Schrader tubeless valves that are coming out.tl;dr: This is a great system that will do what you need.

I mean, yeah, sure you could pop the bead on an aired down tire to get the sealant in. But that's a lot more mess and way more effort. This makes it a breeze to add your sealant

I got this thinking it was a one or two use sealer injector, well I was partially correct. It has no sealer with it, it is a device for putting sealant into a tire, which is very cool; and helps you get slime type products into tires you planned on fixing anyway. It gives you more precise control than looking at the side of a tire slime bottle and guessing was that 4 or 5 pumps I put in already. This device will let you choose exactly how much you want, remove it from slime bottle, then transfer it into a tire, it has all the tools needed to remove the valve core from the tire and replace it, and should clean up better than most of the slime bottle/containers I have used before too, hence the 4 stars, only reason I did not go 5 stars was, no slime/tire sealant included, and I re-read the ad, it does not claim to give you any anyway, so it is my fault there.

This is for sure not like fixaflat. It’s not going to air up your tire and it’s only for tubeless bike tires that don’t exist. This thing sucks. Super hard to get sealant in the tire, made a mess, and didn’t work at all with tubes—only for tubeless setups. Total waste of time if you’re not running tubeless.

I used this to fill my tires with a sealant and it worked great. The valve removal tool is a nice addition, the suction tube worked great for drawing out the sealant, and it filled my tube without making any mess. It is also to clean and doesnt leave sealant behind because it has a tight seal. I did 4 tires pretty quick without any issues!

This tire syringe is well built and is easy to use. The tube on the nose of the syringe fits inside the presta valve stem and easily removes the old tire sealant and allow you to inject the right amount back in to the tire. I change the sealant in my bike tires every three months with the syringe on change one and two and on change three I pull the tire off the rim to check the innards to make sure there are no thorns, glass or nails in the tires and then use the syringe to replace the sealant. The syringe is easy to disassemble to clean after use.

I purchased this injector to use on my 28 mm tubeless road tires. What I like:The injector features a thick crystal clear plastic storage tube that features raised measurement indications for both ounces and ML. The lettering is permanent and can't be rubbed off or smudged. The removeable plunger assembly inside the storage tube is very well built and features a large comfortable handle on top, a super strong molded, plastic plunger rod and a dual seal rubber plunger for protection against leaks. Two flexible plastic hoses, of different lengths, are supplied for injecting sealant through a Presta or Schrader type air valve. Each of the hoses accepts a 4" long section of Stainless Steel tube to act as a tip. This makes insertion through the valve easier. And also extends the life of the system by facilitating easy cleaning. The injector hose is connected to the body of the storage tube through the use of a simple, spring loaded snap connector. The connector is made of brass and is screwed to the body of the storage tube using an O-ring to prevent leaks. In operation: Push the plastic collar on the connector back, insert the open end of the hose, let the shoulder go. The connector provides a very secure and very easy use connection.Spare parts kit includes an Air valve remover tool, an extra O-ring for the hose connector and a second replacement rubber plunger. These are all very useable and will extend the life of this system. This is a very well made injector system that if maintained correctly should last many years. The descriptions and images shown on the website are accurate and correct. It really excels in all aspects of the design, from the large well made storage tube and stronger plunger assembly, to the filling tubes and tube attachment connector. Even the expected spare parts. This is all you need. Its well done and works as expected. The price is very reasonable.
