If you have a laptop or tablet this device is necessary. I even use it on my phone! It allows you to easily transfer files to portable media both in and out of your phone or tablet or laptop. You can see the ability to easily charge your device and other devices simultaneously. So the functionality is excellent the connectivity is excellent the quality of build is excellent it is a great value for the money. This design seems to be quite common and very utilitarian. I especially like how it has 100 base t Network compatibility.

I've been using the 8-in-1 USB-C Hub Lightning to HDMI hub and find it overall satisfactory, especially considering the price tag. This hub effectively extends the functionality of my device, allowing me to connect to HDMI and utilize additional USB ports seamlessly. However, there are a few drawbacks to note. The hub requires an external power source connected to its PD port to power the host device, which can be a bit limiting if you're looking for a more portable solution. Additionally, the lack of extra USB-C ports is disappointing, as it restricts the ability to connect multiple USB-C devices simultaneously.I haven't had the chance to test the Ethernet port yet, but the other features work well enough to make this hub a good choice for those on a budget. If you can live with its power requirements and the limited number of USB-C ports, this hub is a decent option for expanding your device’s connectivity.

Attractively packaged, the unit appears to be well made and works well. I used it to assist in providing an Ethernet connection to my Google Chromecast + Google TV setup. The GCC+GT requires a USB to RJ45 capability (provided by this unit) and a Power Delivery (PD) capability back to the GCC+GT using the original GCC+GT power supply as the PD power source. This unit provides all of that. Of course, it can be used as a docking station for other devices such as PC's etc. as intended. It worked well with my Dell XPS 13. Recommended

I recently purchased the Docking Station and it has proven to be a solid addition to my tech setup. This hub works well with high-speed items and offers a wide range of features.I got it as a quick travel dock for my work Windows PC, which only has one standard USB and two USB-C ports. It immediately impressed me with its performance, though I did notice an issue with my wireless mouse USB dongle (a 2023 model). The dongle kept glitching out, whether I used the USB 2 or 3 port, although it worked fine when plugged directly into the laptop. However, my corded travel mouse worked perfectly with the hub, so I wasn't left without a solution.Despite this minor hiccup, the hub does its job well. I appreciate that it’s meant for high-speed modern connections. I also wanted to give some features to an aging laptop at home that is pre-USB-C but still has good life left in my home lab. Unfortunately, the hub doesn’t include a USB-C to A adapter, but I had a spare and was able to try it out. It was especially useful for transferring pictures off an older DSLR camera via the card reader, which worked like a champ—way faster than the built-in one on the laptop. All in all, it's a great investment at this price point. It has enhanced my connectivity options and added much-needed functionality to both my modern and older devices. Highly recommended for anyone looking to expand their device's capabilities.

I am not a very tech savvy person. However, I discover I need a lot of different slots to charge my phone, to access the storage , and connect to the TV. This is all in one station will save me my time to search for different slots for all the devices. The device is very slim and very space saving. The design is simple. Once you plug in, it serves an extension for my computer. Nothing fancy but work well. And worth the price to save you time and energy for all different connections.

This USB hub has everything I need in a more compact form-factor than those typically this useful. Aside from the usual USB, HDMI, ethernet and card readers this one has a USB-C data port. These are much harder to find on decently priced hubs. Usually the only USB C port, if any at all, is for passthrough charging. It's small, well constructed and does what it says it does, and does it very well. My only complaint is that the power rating for the charging port is too low for my laptop, but that isn't unusual. These usually have a 100W limit as this one does, I just wish they handled more. My laptop takes 130W and this won't handle it. Not too many 130W laptops around though.
