I'm impressed enough to review and recommend this product. It is machined to a high standard and fairly straightforward to assemble and fit.I fitted it to a cheapish Sheppach table saw. Most minor issues were to do with the table and not this item. The adjusting screws work well after a bit of time spent - a snug and smooth fit can be attained.I used washers for the bolts to hold the fence from the old fitting - they were a tad too long.A good addition to the table saw - money well spent.

Vevor miter gauge is precise and accurate out of the box. No adjustments needed.

An excellent, dead accurate, inexpensive miter gage without all the foolish bells and whistles. It's probably not possible to find a better miter gage at this price point. The fit and finish is top notch, and it's dead on accurate at every angle indent.

I bought this to replace a junky craftsman miter guage, which most everyone knows is smaller than standard. I easily transferred the miter to a home made slide, no problem. My only gript at this point is that the bolts for attaching the miter to a powertec style fence, or standard T-track, are too long. I had some extra nuts I added to the inside of the mount slot and seems to have fixed it right up. You could also probably cut the bolts down a bit too.

This miter gauge was smaller than I expected and although it worked for my bandsaw, there were two things I didn’t like. One was the very small pointer made it difficult to adjust especially since it is buried where no light shines and black on black made it hard to see so I painted it white which helped but not by much. Secondly it has a small plunger that is supposed to drop down and index the scale at pre drilled angles. It wasn’t 90 degrees when the plunger first dropped into the index hole so I loosened the handle and with a little force, was able to get it to 90* but it didn’t like it there until I screwed the handle down tight. It will work but I’m unsure about the predrilled angles being accurate.

This gauge fits my rigid contractor saw better then the one that came with it. Could not go wrong on this precise miter. The side set screws even make it true to the thou.

EditFor those who get this for their U shaped slot, remove the front disc and then adjust screws on the bar. The disc should only be used if your table has a T slot. This is a great miter gauge. Very good quality. Positive stops for common angles. Fits perfectly on the table saw and in the storage slot. I had a dewalt miter gauge that was about the same price. It worked fine, but was plastic and not near the same quality as this. I got the miter gauge without the fence, but I can add the fence later. What’s nice about the slide bar on this are the allen screws in it. These can be screwed in to take out any slop between the bar and the groove. The fitment is very close, better than the dewalt replacement one, and I only needed to slightly screw these in to get a tight, smooth slide. Very good value and allows me to make mitered cuts on my table saw easily. Of course there’s some better ones out there, if money is no limit, but for a solid and inexpensive miter gauge, can’t go wrong with this.

Really well wade and reassuring to use. no "iffy" right angles any more. Its a little snug in the Excel 10" saw table but that is down to the table rather than the mitre gauge. Sandpaper the slots in the table and all is well.
