It's been plugged in on a mic stand since we got it and its been great until today the kick mic just stopped functioning.Update 9/1/24 - The mics have failed at various points. If I needed.something I wouldn't have to replace these mics are not long lasting or durable. It got me through what I needed at the time but have had to purchase another mic set because these have all failed.

These mics are perfect to start with. They came in some little black cases that are very cute and can be used for other things. They're very loud and they function well. Would definitely recommend, and is especially fit to use at church.

Love these mics….Only 16 and I got these to sound pretty good. You don’t have to be a professional to mix these and they come with more accessories than you need to get started.

I bought this as my first actual set of drum mics. The condensers sound GREAT. I've also used them as a second mic on an amp while recording guitar. The kick drum mic I used as a second mic on an amp while recording bass guitar. They sound great to me. They don't seem to make any extraneous noise. Fantastic value for the price.

They are great for the price. Kick mics pick up a lot of low end I had to cut. But over all I do not regret the purchase. If your not super picky or Ned mics on a budget these will do for live sound.

The set it made well overall, and the dynamic mics sound pretty good. However, the condensers are not what are referred to as "true" condensers, and as such, they suffer badly. They are fairly typical back electret capsules as you would find in a cheap computer microphone, with a preamp built into the mic. Electrets dont have to be bad necessarily, but these are nothing special. There are other similar sets for around the same cost or cheaper, that come with "true" condenser mics. Notice "true" in quotes, as electrets are technically condensers. They differ greatly in their construction, and usability. Will they work as overheads, sure...but a decent dynamic may provide better results.
