They're really nice to use everyday! However, when I use any of them including the Xtreme one it starts to go soft after about 10 squeezes and then it feels like 5lbs. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but it kinda sucks

I mean, it's gimmicky but they do workout your grip. They serve a purpose.Dont go buying these thinking you're gonna change your life or level up your strength game or make your forearms look jacked and ripped or whatever. They're for improving your grip strength. You wanna grab stuff harder, get these and stick with it. They're valuable training aids in that regard.

Really good.Helps with the grip strength. Does not replace the gym, but helps to improve on it.

I bought Alpha Gripz after using Iron Mind Expand Your hand bands for 2 months and not getting any relief for my hand and elbow pain. I have had golfer's, tennis and carpal tunnel in the past and I was suffering again from both golfer's elbow and some carpal tunnel. After using Alpha Gripz for about 4 weeks every day and working up to the blue band I was already without pain. The design keeps the bands on the hands consistently for each rep. I love them and have improved my grip and work outs.

The increases from one level to the next are significant enough to notice a difference, but not too significant to cause a problem. My concern with these types of products is always that one would be too easy, and the next would be too difficult. This product does NOT have this issue, and I'm very happy with the quality of the product. The only thing I could think to do differently is including a little picture with the order to show a good position for the finger extending pieces. Not because you wouldn't know how to use it, but because the position could cause stress-induced pain on the pinky if placed to high. You learn quick though.Still worth 5 stars in my eyes

Easy to use and as advertised. Quick change to increase difficulty.

These work great for me as I am recovering from torn rotator cuff. Used consistently and they work well for conditioning of the forearms and helps with tennis/golfers elbow. Material seems like it will hold up well for long term use. Only issue is that the finger loops are too small.
