Great for my alligator rod and reel. Done battle with some giants. More likely to break your rod or reel before the line pops ( which has happened to me ). Make sure your drag is set right they can really pull hard.

Great quality and was used on rig fishing in Gulf of Mexico at 1000th plus. No strech in spool ever bit is felt and would allow spool to never bird nest when reeling in.
