No issues plugging into factory 24 Big Bend harness and receiver. Only my headlights running lights work. No blinker or brakes - I believe it's a setting or needs a reset . Posted on a forum awaiting solution.

direct fit to my 2018 ford f350. just unplugged the old and plugged in the new one, and we were back up and towing. great product
