This reel was a nightmare. The frame looks like it was made from high quality material, but it came with no instructions for assembly, and was missing parts. We couldn't figure out how to even set it up at all. The fittings didn't work with the drum at all, nothing fit together properly, don't waste your time

Easy to install and convenient to use are what I want.

Fittings don’t fit. Unable to build drum as a result. Garbage.

Too flimsy and cheap for barn use. Didn't even finish putting it together. The frame with hard wheels isn't super bad but the actual reel was like thin and bendable. I suggest looking into the Gorilla reel for moderate to hard use.

This cart is made of steel it is very durable. It can hold 200 feet hose and the wheels are sturdy and easy to move. This hose cart is easy to use especially for pull back. It is anti rust and heavy duty though a little bit expensive.

The hose reel I received looks different from the one shown on the product webpage. The first image on the site depicts a frame that appears to be made of polished metal, while the one I received is made of metal coated with black paint and arrived with numerous scratches.Assembly should have been quick and easy, but I was unable to complete it due to a significant misalignment (see attached pictures). One of the holes on the top handle is so poorly aligned with the middle section that the bolt cannot pass through. The product page clearly specifies the materials used for certain components—the turning handle is stainless steel, the connector is brass, and the wheels are rubber. However, there is no mention of the materials used for the frame and reel. This information is crucial for potential buyers, especially since iron, if used, corrodes quickly when exposed to water.Additionally, the orientation of the internal connectors causes the attached garden hose to twist awkwardly, restricting water flow.It would also be beneficial if the reel included a mechanism to guide the hose, ensuring it rolls in neatly, and it is OK for the price to go up a bit.

Assembly is easy with basic had tools. Frame is tinny but feels solid. I did have some alignment issues with the handle holes for the bolts. 200ft of 5/8 hose would very full. The swivel connection sealed well and there were no leaks.

While I was assembling this I thought, "Wow, this could be the best hose reel ever!" The materials seem good....what appears to be clear-coated stainless steel, brass fittings, and painted steel frame (mine had some wear/scratches from shipping). When I tried to screw in the handle into the reel, it appeared to be threaded crooked from the factory. The mechanism is metal on metal, and it binds pretty bad.Amazon says to contact the seller with questions, but there is no link. Oh well. It is good enough I suppose.
