Works, but watch for debris clogging net into skimmer, might have to be creative attaching string to something, but works, I also live in the sticks and never short on trees here.

This skimmer screen guard cover is helpful. It was easy to install, and it does a great job catching small debris and leaves before they go deeper into the filter. It definitely makes the cleanup easier and faster. The frame has an anti-rust coating, which I appreciate since it should last longer outdoors. The size fits my skimmer just fine. Overall, a small but handy upgrade for keeping the pool in better shape.

Super easy to install, works great to direct all the top debris into the skimmer , and catches a lot too . Easy to clean, just give it a few taps on deck or side of pool and a quick rinse with a hose. I can tell a huge difference with using this in addition to the skimmer in the amount of bugs and debris caught

This pool filter is super practical! Installation is very easy, it can be done in a few minutes without any tools. The small branches and insects that fall into it can be blocked, making it much easier to clean it up. The material looks durable and the black design is also very low-key, which does not affect the appearance of the pool.

Every time the wind blows, the swimming pool is filled with leaves, which is very annoying. After installing this black anti-rust mesh cover, it is obviously much easier. It is very sturdy and has a good anti-rust effect, and it just covers my water inlet. It is firmly fixed and not easily washed away by water, and can effectively filter out most debris.

Installation is a hot mess. Maybe others have had a better experience than mine, but I ended up throwing this away in the garbage. The concept is very appealing, but in practice it just doesn't install well enough to give you any benefit. The ties they include are literally shoe laces. You're supposed to tie them off to your skimmer basket to keep the guard in front of your skimmer port. But it inevitably pulls the basket up/out enough to where it sags and becomes ineffective. And if you don't know how to tie fancy knots to adjust tension, you're out of luck. This is a hard pass for me, especially at the price its selling at.

This is really confusing, hard to keep together. I like that it has different sizes of mesh, I like the idea of it. But it doesn't stay together very well. I think the quality it not as good as it should be for the price. Over all function is kinda awkward.

Pool Skimmer Screen Guard Cover,I get a lot of leave in my pool in the fall, which ends up clogging the filter. I was wondering if there was a way to keep the leave from entering the skimmer, and decided I would try this out. It was pretty easy to assemble and install on my pool. I can't comme t on its effectiveness against leaves since it is spring time, but it is keeping various other airborne debris out of the skimmer. Construction looks to be of primarly aluminum and stainless steel, so hopefully no rust issues.
