This is a great starter kit or one that can be used to build your supplies for baking sourdough. It is great value for the money and provides you with all the tools necessary to make a loaf of sourdough from start to finish. You get 2 round and 2 loaf banneton bowls that you can use to figure out which form you like best. Overall great quality and amount of supplies needed.

- Really nice, well made and easily worth the $52 price point- The baskets are well made and the fabric fits great.- All the components of the kit are good quality- I wish it came with a second liner for the dutch oven

I finally got to use this set and so far I’m pleased with this. I’ve used banneton baskets before so I knew what I should be expecting. These are nice, easy to keep clean especially with the brush that come with it. I think it’s a great price for all the stuff that comes with it. If purchased separately it definitely would be more cost.

I wanted this for the proofing baskets. These are made of wicker kind of material. Comes with a bunch of tools... which aren't the best quality but work. I've used the scraper a lot and the lame. Seemed a little expensive at first, but given you get 4 baskets and all the accessories... I think it is well worth the money.
